Papa John's Pizza - Thomasville

My mom ordered several times, order was wrong each time and this last time it was dripping in grease. Manager said the Shaq is supposed to be dripping with grease like that, it's how it's supposed to be. Gross! Is it supposed to be Shaq's sweat that comes to mind when you eat this pizza? Not appealing. I told her stop ordering from them but she's one of those types to give the benefit of the doubt way too many times. No thanks. Will drive out of our way to get from another location, keep your sweaty Shaq pizza.

As bad as I hate to leave such a review it is the only way to let future customers and or maybe get the attention of management that takes pride in providing food and customer service that everyone deserves. I love Papa John?s but due to the revolving door of employees there is no consistency and how they make a pizza. Once you find a pizza that your child won?t eat you order it again and it will look and taste completely different. I called in When that was the case to let them know and actually spoke to one of the people that was hurt within the franchise. He apologize for the revolving door of people and told me that maybe I should just find a different pizza place. And that I did do. I started using Pizza Hut and they were awesome!

Service is always great when Brett is working. I?ve always had a good experience at this particular location. Pizza is always good when I get it. I?ve never had a problem here. Highly recommended and keep up the good work down there!

The pizza was delicious, and the staff were courteous even during busy times.
