Papa Johns Pizza - Thomasville

That 21 year old boy that is the general manager is very rude to people. He has a smart mouth and when you ask about other employees he puts them down saying, Oh, they are just a shift leader! I was so shocked by the disgusting attitude of this boy. No respect for his elders and takes his position to his head. I 'm surprised no one else has seen the way his attitude is. His name is James Andrew Martindale. No general manager should have this kind of attitude and treat others so badly for no reason. People are going through things out here and they definitely do not need to run into people like this at a business where customer service is supposed to be a priority. I spent the rest of my day questioning why that boy is so cruel and rude with people and I about cried after the way he talked to me. I just thought to myself he must be a very miserable boy to treat people so disgusting and I 'll just pray for him. It did make me thankful because my boys don 't treat people like that and if they ever did they would have to answer to me.

The delivery guy was awesome tonight he was so very thankful and polite. The food was great too of course :

Ordered a Pepperoni Pizza. Received a Cheese Pizza with a doughy Crust. This is the second time in less than two weeks my order wasn't right!! And management didn't even offer to make it right!! ?

The atmosphere is ehhhh, not clean but not nasty. And I'm not one to talk smack about ppl but some looked like they hadn't washed their hands or anything before handling food.
