Domino's Pizza - Thornhill

I ordered from this restaurant location on Sunday, Jan/15. The pasta was undercooked and there was a portion that was frozen inside. The pizza had a very unpleasant texture to the bread. The flour was falling off my hand when I picked up a piece and tasted awful. When I called to mention my dissatisfaction with the food, the person who answered the phone was unhelpful and did not care about my feedback. I will never be purchasing from this location again.

While it may be strange to write a review for a fast food chain restaurant, not all locations are the same. I am a fan of Domino's Pizza and usually enjoy ordering from this particular location close to my home. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. I typically order online to take advantage of the best deals and rewards, but when I arrived at the restaurant, the staff had trouble finding my order in the system despite providing them with the confirmation number. Eventually, I received my pizza only to find that it had not been sliced and was overcooked. This was a letdown as I had previously had great service and pizza from this location. Unfortunately, this time I have to give this location a poor rating.

You have the option to order either by phone or online at this restaurant. They offer a wide selection of dishes and many specials to help you save money. Orders are always prepared on time. The quality of the food is decent.

Domino's has thin crust pizza similar to a cracker. I love this. Wide variety of toppings at reasonable prices. They have specials as well.

My kids like this one of all the chain pizza joints. While it does beat (egghh) Pizza Pizza it's still chain store pizza. I'll probably keep ordering the $45 2 pizzas for my kids but I usually don't participate.
