Mcdonald's - Thornton Heath

Love the new ice cream lovely it was lovely with the apple pie 10/10!!

Went through the drive through. The woman at the order point could not understand my order for a Big Mac meal with a vanilla milk shake and the new chicken feast meal. She kept repeating the order incorrectly. Moved to the payment point had to repeat the order again. Drove to the collection window and I was being given lemonade instead of the vanilla milk shake. Drove home in 5 minutes the food was luke warm. Had to put it I the microwave. It's always near cold can't be bothered to use the Thornton Heath branch anymore. No care or concern it acts like the cheap franchise that it is no standards.

I wish I could give them a zero. They Never give you your full order that you paid for, either that or they will put something in your bag that you did not order. Always check your order before leaving this place

At this point I’m starting to think not only does the branch manager but non of the staff care about the job, I have ordered food from this branch on 10 occasions and on all 10 occasions my meals have arrived cold, poorly put together or missing parts. For example why am I paying for strawberry lemonade with no strawberry syrup! Like do the staff get personally charged from their wages or they just refuse to process an order correctly! This branch should no longer be open if you are going to continue to show a complete lack of care for your customers! Remember without the paying customer the business would fumble! I will never be ordering or stepping foot in this branch again!

Not being funny I don't know how many times I've asked for them AT this establishment to kindly give what is ordered like anyone would want... Why do they never listen and when you think THIS one has got better they prove otherwise? This is a picture of 1 toffee latte and 1 Cappuccino... Yet they are both toffee lattes AND they even put Cappuccino toppings on top of the Toffee latte as well? I'm surprised this gets any good reviews
