Carvel - Thornwood

Good Carvel location in the Rose Hill Shopping Center. Service was fast and friendly, ice cream was delicious as always!

Always a great product. We order a cake about every other month from here and the service is always amazing. When the photo machine went down yesterday they gave me a call immediately with 2 other options. They kept trying and called me when it finally worked. Everyone is friendly and truly wants to make the customer happy. We also love that there are tables inside and outside to sit and eat ice cream with our two young children. Fun family outing.

I’ve been to several Carvels but this is the best one in westchester ! The customer service is 2nd to none ! Love coming here especially when they have the car shows in the parking lot ! Always fast friendly ! Highly recommend !

I feel like the level of cake decorating at this specific franchise location is much higher than others. Also cleaner than others. Plus you HAVE to try the apple pie soft serve.

The ice cream here is surprisingly inconsistent. It’s strange to say, but when you pay for a topping, sometimes you get a generous portion, and other times it’s barely there. Either the staff needs retraining, or they just don’t seem to care anymore. This place used to be great a few years back, so I'm not sure what went wrong. From now on, I’ll be going to Village Creamery, where you consistently get what you pay for. It’s worth the extra few minutes of drive to actually receive your order as expected.
