This is truly an artisanal bakery! The croissants are the best I've had since my time in NYC.

I had no idea that this was a wholesale bakery but wanted to check it out on the way back from Cabazon. My first clue should have been the industrial area of the location but the aromas emanating from the building where Heavenly . A very nice young French woman greeted me and informed me of my mistake but rewarded me with the freshest loaf of French sourdough bread I've tasted. Merci beaucoup mademoiselle.

We buy the whole grain sourdough every week at the Palm Springs farmers market. It is the best we have ever had! We just figured out that we should buy two, as it is gone by midweek as the kids keep sneaking pieces.
