Papa John's Pizza #2172 - Tigard

I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never order from Papa John 's again! I ordered online and, there was no place for special instructions, You know, a place to customize whether or not I wanted my tomatoes cooked on the pizza or fresh on theside. There was also no place to order just a side of tomatoes. I tried to express this on their website and, 30 seconds intothe chat they discontinue the chat because, they said it was due to inactivity how is it inactivity if you only give 30 secondsfor somebody to type a response? Then I called the actual restaurant to discuss the order and, how I wanted tomatoes butcouldn 't order them because of website. They stumble around answering the phone, almost ask, How can I help you, but changeit to, Uh, can you hold? So, I say, Sure. and hang up. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHN 'S AGAIN!

I called and ordered for my daughter's birthday. The lady on the phone was absolutely horrible. We ordered four pizzas and ended up paying 70$. They were four large pizzas, we got a Tuscan 6 cheese, Hawaiian bbq, Hawaiian chicken bacon, and a sausage pizza.We were not told about any specials at all. She also said we could not get delivery because we were out of range, when we wereexactly 2.8 miles away. We picked them up and it was literally a five minute drive. when I mentioned the sign saying they havepizzas for 9.99, I still had to pay 18-23$ for our specific pizzas even though they should of been 9.99. I don't go to PapaJohn's , I usually go to Papa Murphy's but we were staying in a hotel down the road for my daughter's birthday. I won't ever goback again because of this experience. The pizza itself was alright but the lady who took my order had the intelligence level ofa piece of wood and I'm incredibly upset we paid 70$ for pizza that should of cost 40$ had we been told about the specials. Willdefinitely never go back and I highly recommend you don't go here either

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, my food made me feel sick, and I noticed some concerning behavior from the staff that made me question their professionalism. We recently moved here from Kansas City, where our local Papa John's offered average quality food and a staff that seemed more reliable. Given the alarming situation my family faced tonight, I strongly advise avoiding this location. I have a beautiful three-year-old daughter, and I would sooner put myself in harm's way than let her have even a bite of what the staff here calls food. I genuinely hope the employees get the help they need, but my family's safety comes first!

I received an unopened garlic sauce in my order, and the pizza was poorly made. It tasted off, and I wasn't happy with it. They charged an extra $2 to my card and expect everyone to tip. The hotel room card offer doesn't apply to Papa John's. Honestly, I'd choose Domino's over Papa John's any day. They really don't seem to know how to do their job properly. I won't be returning here again.

I placed my order an hour in advance to ensure it would be ready on time. I arrived five minutes before the scheduled pickup, but they hadn’t even started my order. Kylie, who seemed unhappy at work, was unhelpful during the experience. I won't be returning.
