Alpenhaus Restaurant - Tigre

It's a beautiful restaurant with lodge. great atmosphere and excellent German cuisine. I didn't stay there, but the service rendered while the launch was amazing. I recommend it.

After 5 years of not going, due to bad service (which gives for another opinion); I decided to give another opportunity and I was disappointed again.I was in family, we were 6. we asked for coffees, teas and cakes. very good quality cakes. The service of the moza who attended us was paupérrimo, I went to list:1. He did not clean the table of the previous comensals2. He brought everything to setback3. forgot the cups for teas.4. did not bring napkins5. 6 We asked him to be sweet and answered, I don't know if there is. He eventually brought.7. One of the coffees was cut and brought without cutting.8.We showed him that a cup of milked coffee was dirty (not stained with coffee). He took the cup and when he came back he said, "I warmed them because it had already cooled," that is, he didn't make the coffee again!!!!, they moved it with a cup. ovbiamente que la mug came in half.It should be clear that every time we informed him something that was missing, he left and returned at 5 minutes. Very good place and served by the owners. I had a beer with lemon (radler) that was very good. the owner himself helped us to moor the boat. Then we tasted several kinds of German sausages. Things to improve: they should offer more variety of beers being a German restaurant.

We went to lunch with my family with some expectation based on comments. Unfortunately, with the exception of two thousand-year-olds with fries that we ask for for the boys (a portion with two milanesites and the other with three! unknown criterion) the rest left enough to wish. My daughter asked for some Swiss tinchi with panceta and onion, they were cold and with drop to little. There they are. My wife asked for smoky pork ribs with golden potatoes... they brought her a dry chop with a row of unbeatable destroyed potatoes. In my case I asked the same thing as my daughter but the steak and left it in half. the discreet attention, with a lot of will from the but poor mozo at the time of the advice on the dishes. so I've obviously read we were in bad luck, it wasn't your day. Maybe in the future when I forget this experience again try.

The view and the quiet very nice, the food was rich except for the German potatoes that seemed old, the chopped all the variety of very fresh and rich fiambres, the attention very friendly and always attentive, except for the value, we order 1/2 bit a portion of fries a beer and a bottle of water 595$ never josefina gave a proof of payment.
