What they didn 't have: bagels, most donuts, decaf coffee, more than 2 staff members.What they did have: a long line.This Tim 's is severely understaffed and skates by on the fact that the only other option for food at this pathetic OnRoute is a Burger King. I ordered a soup and sandwich meal (I asked to make it a meal as per the screen showing various combo add-ons) and it was all rung up separately which... Defeats the purpose of a combo.My guess is that the cashier was new, so no hate to her, but it speaks to the really poor management and training going on at this tim 's, in addition to their severe understaffing (there was only two people working and some dude who looked like a manager just popping in and out).Bad time, mid food, overpriced. If there was any other edible option in this OnRoute, I 'd have gone there instead.

This location of Tim Hortons has a problem with their mobile ordering, it's always off. When you go inside, there's a super long line just to order, and then they take forever to get your order ready. It's frustrating when the mobile order doesn't work, making things even slower. They need to fix this for a better experience.
