Bidra med feedbackI have been shopping at Safeway since the pandemic (and before). The employees at the checkout are always friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. I want to express my gratitude to them for all the hard work they do in challenging conditions while still providing exceptional service. Thank you.
Upon arriving at this restaurant, it seems that the response to every inquiry is consistently negative. Whether it be concerning an item not being available, an insurance issue, or a lack of communication from a doctor, the overall experience is frustrating.
Upon entering the restaurant, it is disheartening to constantly hear negative responses to every question posed. Whether it be regarding food availability, insurance coverage, or communication with the doctor, the answer always seems to be "No." It is frustrating to not be able to get things in order and receive the necessary assistance.
Dropped off my RX (they said they’d have to order) that they fill every month, over a week ago. It’s still not ready. If I had not called to follow up today, no one would be doing ANYTHING. Lame!
