Over the past week, I've attempted to visit this Starbucks location because I enjoy their coffee. Unfortunately, I've been let down multiple times. They've often run out of key ingredients, like caramel syrup, which I could overlook, but yesterday was a different story. I inquired about soy-free, dairy-free, and nut-free snack options for my boss, and was directed to the mushroom kale egg bites. When I asked the employee at the drive-thru around 2:20 PM if they would be safe considering my boss's allergies, she confidently assured me they were. However, when I brought the snack to my boss, she took only one bite before needing to check the ingredients. To my dismay, the first ingredient listed was cottage cheese. I strongly advise against visiting this Starbucks, as they clearly lack knowledge about allergen safety.
Nice location. Staff are friendly and efficient. They always get coffee order right--and it's complicated!! Bright and open seating area. Easy drive-thru.
I love Starbucks but the baristas at this particular Starbucks are just so rude. I?ll drive out of my way to not go there. What should be a pleasant experience splurging on a drink is instead painful. Customer Service really lacks here
This Starbucks location is in the Tanger Outlets, and I've gotta warn you, the parking lot and traffic flow to get in and out of the drive thru lane are ridiculous. It routes you way around the parking lot to get in queue to order. Then once you get through the line and window, there's a sign keeping you from making the right turn to exit the parking lot. I'm hoping it's a temporary situation. Otherwise, consider it absolutely nuts on behalf of the engineering folks who dreamed up this ludicrous set-up. No knock against Starbucks is intended in this review as I'm a long time fan. But that parking lot...?????
