Bidra med feedbackEverything is usually pretty good. It's easy to use the app and then pick up. I know they are doing their best with the current situation. Today they were training some new staff so service was a little slow but it's understandable and I'm patient. I'll say to the new person definitely hang in there because I know it can be overwhelming at first. There is definitely a learning curve to a place like that with everything being thrown at you all at once. I know because I worked at a different Tim Hortons a few years ago. It can take a couple months to really get everything down.
The service at this restaurant was slow and they did not have enough staff on hand. The garbage bins were overflowing and the bathroom was in poor condition.
I found a hair in my food again. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue every time I dine at this restaurant.
Today I had the worst sea salt wedges of my life. They tasted old, as if they were two days old and not fresh. When I mentioned this to the staff, they spoke to me about it.
I just came from the super 8 and ordered lunch at 400 Algonquin. From Tim hortons, I came back to my room to have my soup with along with my bun. I have bitten into the button and it's so hard it broke my denture. It has chipped the denture plate on on top of my tooth. I called the store and spoke to GURP. R. E!T. Apparently she is the manager. She will not give me the head office phone number and told me that they make the button fresh daily. I am a 60 year old woman. She is a signuating that. I have lied to her if I could show you a video. Of the bun I would love to It is so hard like a rock so still. I have no head office phone number that I need to make a complaint. She didn't even want to give me the address of the store. I am not from this area but I know the store I went to that I ordered. I am on camera on the drive through at 1115 on Wednesday today. So there is recollection of my buying the food I truthfully don't understand how these people operate a business anymore. Whether it be inconsiderate, she told me that she doesn't have head office phone number and she's a human being. She forgets she can't remember I requested if she go to look for It. She told me she doesn't know where it is. For someone that runs ahead store. How do you not have head office phone number? All I know is I paid 17 almost $18 for a bun that you can't even eat and chipped my tooth.
