Asian Kebab Hot Pot - Timonium

After Hunan Taste in Catonsville closed abruptly, this has been our new favorite place for Chinese hot pot and spicy Chinese food. For some reason, this has also temporarily closed without further notice and we are really worried.

Can’t believe they are temporarily closed right now. Love their AYCE barbecue and the takeout. Please do try the spicy fish if you’re are ok with spicy food. Hope they come back soon.

Highly NOT recommended this place. I went in with a friend and the lady led us to a table which can only accommodate two people sitting side by side. I didn 't feel comfortable about how much room each of my friend and I would have because their tables were tiny (mind you we were doing all you can eat hotpot, so I wanted to make sure we each had enough room for our food, plates, drinks, etc. , so I asked for another table where we could just sit across. But the lady 'persuaded ' me by saying some other tables were reserved, and the ones were not she worried about there would be a group of 4 coming in. Basically she forced us to sit at that tiny one. As we were served, we ended up like what I thought would happen we didn 't have enough room to stretch my arm while trying to get certain dishes. And the entire time we were there, they had plenty of tables still available where they could 've offered us a more comfortable dining experience. Also, the selections were kinda limited, and seafood were not very fresh imo. Food in general are not worth of the price. Bottom line, they can 't serve their customers right, so I 'll make sure never going back.

If you’ve never had hot pot, they have video instructions running on the TVs to help you! My favorites are the pork, enoki mushrooms, cabbage, and bok choy. It’s a little pricey, but it’s all you can eat!
