Zi Pani Breads Cafe - Timonium

In the past, about four years ago, the customer service at this location was really poor, but I haven't encountered those issues in recent years, which gives me hope that things have improved. However, I do feel that prices are quite high. I can't believe a cup of coffee can cost over $7, especially considering that many Americans are still earning minimum wage. I really hope this is something they’ll take into account. To Starbucks: maybe consider increasing the wages you pay your employees—who knows, they might be even friendlier to customers!

This is hands down the best Starbucks! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The drinks are delicious and clearly made with care. There's always enough staff on hand, and they work together seamlessly. I love getting a venti or grande caramel macchiato with added whipped cream—it's simply divine! I wish I could take it on the go, but it's definitely worth the trip. Thank you for turning my stressful workday into a pleasant journey home. It's the little things that make a difference! I highly recommend this location!

"It's certainly a trendy spot, and the coffee is decent. However, the real advantage is the convenience of having multiple shops in one place; you know exactly what to expect every time.
