Billy's Fried Chicken - Tinley Park

It would be helpful if they clearly communicated that their business was closed. I tried to pick up my order online, but they were nowhere to be found and the phone went straight to a full voicemail box. Very frustrating!

Dry and overcooked chicken sandwich with a burnt brioche bun. I only took two bites before throwing it away. I considered ordering another one, but since I was at work and a new sandwich would take 10-15 minutes to make, I decided against it. To prevent it from being overly dry, they should consider cooking it for only 5-7 minutes.

The restaurant should clearly state that their food is fried in lard, as this information is not provided on their website or Facebook. They only mention that they do not have any fears of using fat, which can be problematic for those who cannot or do not want to consume anything cooked in lard, especially in Tinley Park, Illinois where there is a large Muslim population. It is disappointing because we wanted to support a local restaurant during the pandemic, but after contacting the delivery service for a refund and attempting to call the restaurant over 10 times with no answer, it seems they are not managing their business effectively.

They should make clear that their huh is fried in ard but it is not indicated anywhere on their website or facebook. all they say is they don't have any fears of something fat. many people want or cannot eat anything cooked in lard, especially in tinley park illinois where a huge Muslim population lives. it is a shame because we wanted to support another local restaurant during this pandemic, but I called the delivery service and got a refund.

I don't know why people are leaving 3 stars. The chicken was perfect! It was golden brown and delicious. It had the perfect amount of crisp and tenderness that makes your mouth sing. The Mac and cheese was ooowie goowie goodness. If you have a hankering for some.froed chicken, this is the place!
