Little Caesars Pizza - Tinley Park

Understaffed waited 25 minutes on pizza portal after the promised time only to say they were from the deep plate and received a cold pepperoni pizza it was not even in the heating. Employees were pleasant even though they were overwhelmed.

Food is decent, but the service is slow. There's always a wait here... even if you preorder. Plan on

Order was made wrong. Also didn't have a couple things in stock but didn't bother to tell me. Rude staff and I was nothing but polite. Wouldn't answer the phone so that could get my pizza remade. Immediately hung up on the first time I called and the second time they just didn't answer and after 10 minutes I gave up. I'll take my money elsewhere. This place and the staff can kick rocks.

I ordered through the app at 9:00 a.m. and app said pizza would be ready at 11:00 a.m. to 11:05 and they were not open, which says they open up at 11:00 a.m. Sa there 1/2 hour and never saw anyone. Wasn't able to pick up my food. elsewhere and now have to fight for the refund. I waited 15 minutes for customer service. You don't even answer!

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered online and arrived ~30 min later. When I went to the store, nobody was behind the counter. I heard people talking in the kitchen, so I'm just waiting. A few other customers went in and nobody came to the counter. After about 15 minutes I started calling on the workers in the back, but still no one came into the counter. After about 20min someone finally came into the counter, asked about my name and told me it would be a few minutes. After another 15min, I finally got my food. During this time I guess about 5 customers came and left because nobody was behind the counter.
