Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Tinley Park

I usually don't find myself in this area (I was taking my mother-in-law to a doctor's appointment), but I was pleasantly surprised by the food here. It's been a while since I've had Popeyes, and I found the food to be hot and the service to be prompt. I'll definitely return to this location when I'm in the area again!

The service was good. Like many places nowadays, it was drive-thru only. After placing our order, we were informed that there were no mild drumsticks available. They asked if we would prefer spicy or if we wanted to wait for more mild ones. We chose to wait. When our order was ready, they brought it to our car.

I find it completely ridiculous that I ordered online and still had to wait in a drive-thru line that was a mile long. The hours posted indicate that the restaurant is open, yet the employees locked the doors and made us wait. I will never return to this poorly managed Popeyes. Instead, I'll just go to KFC, where I can get in and out in two minutes without any hassle. Plus, they always seem to ignore you at the door here.

The staff at the location tinley are exceptional, they are all very friendly and nice. When I go to popeyes to eat lunchtime, I am always greeted by a smile. I would highly recommend this location. by the way, they love the huh of popeyes .

I'm not sure if management changed or new owners, but we stopped in today and everything was perfect. The staff were nice, friendly attentive, chicken was hot fresh. We haven't had Popeyes in years, but I'll be back soon! If you haven't been there in a while, give them a try. Fully staffed, fresh food ready quickly!!
