Burger King - Toccoa

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the drive-thru. After placing an order for a few burgers, I had to wait 21 minutes at the first window to receive my food. Meanwhile, I noticed that other customers were being served almost immediately. The service was poorly managed, and I believe the restaurant needs a better leadership strategy to improve the overall experience.

The worst burger king ever. I spent over 30 minutes in the drive through the line with only two cars in front of me and received cold food from an rude hired handed over. never! If I want to choose from burger king, I will go to lavonia. I could drive there from toccoa, get my food and come back faster than to go to the appalling excuse of a restaurant in toccoa. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place.

The waiting period was too long, and the worker at the window that told me to move forward was unclear and forgotten about my order. until I got it, everything was cold. this is not even the first time that I experienced these problems.

I won't be coming back! If you're looking for fast food, this is not the place to stop, especially if you're on a lunch break. I have 30 minutes for lunch and usually look for the quickest drive-thru option. Ordering here was definitely a mistake. There was only one lane open, while the other was always closed. I was behind maybe three cars, and everyone seemed pretty impatient, but I thought I wouldn't have to worry. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my order, leaving me with just 5 minutes to get back to the office. So, if you're in a hurry, just skip this place!
