My experience in this mcdonald’s is unsatisfactory, I was literally the only one in the line and I stood there for 9 minutes, while 8 or 9 employees laughed and cut and saw me standing there and just kept ignoring me until I said something and 1 girl went by and said in a vote as I interrupted her. rude ppl, who did not care about customers.
The app was downloaded because I wanted to see if I could afford a meal, well I could not and decided not to place the order. at 12:35 a.m. my card was charged, which had charged my account, I called the place and she said she made a mistake. When I asked for my refund, she said that she would not do this that I would have to contact mcdonald's customer service, I contacted mcdonald's customer service and they said they would have to contact them to grant the refund. it's 3 weeks ago. I have to see another escape, and was treated as if it was my fault for the managers error. a simple mistake has ruined my account, cost me extra in fees and the whole business keeps the dollar further. if there were money from their business, they would not be so unimportant about this situation. but I guess customers are one way.
Order hasn't been correctly made in almost a whole year. Employees hate for anyone tk actually check their food for errors. God forbid you ask for some ketchup...or something they forgot that you actually paid for!!
