3 vegan options, chef is super friendly and speaks perfect English, and ensures that everything you get is vegan. the temaki are super fresh and delicious. the yam umeboshi and the seaweed wasabi are top! it feels very high quality for cheap prices, we even have a discount. Located 5 minutes from the JR harajuku station. Has a bunch of vegan options. knows what it means that you are vegan (they tell you what has dashi in it) they even have soy sauce for vegans! not expensive and the materials are very fresh. every thing is made in front of your eyes. can make adjustments to the rolls if you ask them. a cool place for a good time.

Not a great variety for vegans and vegetarians, but that doesn't matter. just go after the experience. each hand roll is made with loving care and love for detail. they sit on the bar and fill out a form and the hand rolls are made at a time. they can continue to add ordering in the form to order more. to enjoy an experience, especially coming from the poor and delusional of harajuku! can be made with sushi rice or flower carving.

Just a few vegetarian options, miso suppe has fish.

As the title says, this was the only place where I managed to have vegan sushi. They only have 3 options as on date, two with plum and one with seaweed-wasabi. The chef speaks perfect English and knows what vegan means.
