Bidra med feedbackWe were waiting more than half an hour and when it was our turn they told us it's reservation only and if we want we can go upstairs and sit outside... I dont know why they didn't say anything before. The waiter upstairs was a bit arrogant... My husband ordered a burger which arrived 20 minutes before my food... He wanted to eat with me so the burger was completely cold at the end... So service was poor, food was average but looked nice ... It's definitely a tourist trap
Pancakes were alright. Fluffy French toast was good and airy. Sat on level 3F, outside, al fresco perfect during a cool day. There will be a short queue.
I’ve been going to Sarabeth’s for many years. I like the ambience here and the food is really good. It’s a bit expensive and the queue can get pretty long. However, the last time I went, they opened up the third floor which was nice and it helped shave down the queue a lot. I prefer this one to the Shinjuku branch.
We went there for breakfast. The food had a nice presentation, however the food does not taste good, it is very plain. The cappuccino very well presented but the taste is bad and for the cost you will expect a better taste. Orange juice is not fresh, it is processed. Overall it's very disappointing. I give 3 stars for the presentation of the food.
Westerners be warned: Mediocre western food and slow service for an almost premium price. Probably it’s surviving because it’s at an ideal location. Don’t come here expecting good western breakfast.
