Entre Dos Aguas - Toledo

We were staying at the boutique hotel Entre Dos Aguas (also fabulous) and had dinner here on one of the nights, the restaurant is on the ground floor of the hotel. Lovely intimate setting and delicious innovative food. Although it's a set tasting menu the chef is very accommodating my wife doesn't eat meat and he swapped out meat dishes for fish or veggie options, also delicious according to my wife but I can't personally confirm as she wouldn't let me try! Other diners at our dinner also had allergies or special requirements and they were just as well looked after. Quite an achievement from the chef considering the number of different dishes being served, all seamlessly executed. This was our favourite meal from a 2 week trip and also very good value for money.

It”s located in Paco de Lucia’s house in Toledo that is now a boutique hotel called “Entre dos aguas”. Only 8 seats with live cooking menu that changes regularly based on the season. The venue is fabulous, the cooking tema is fantastic and the tasting menu is very well designed, without complicated elaborations and focused on quality product and taste. Highly recomendable.

What a lovely and intimate little place. They normally only welcome ten persons, but during the pandemic this was limited to six, so a reservation is recommended. You’ll be seated at the bar desk where the cooking is done by the two chefs. It’s a real show. They explain everything in detail, so you’ll know exactly what your getting. The menu changed according to season, but my Morcella meat ball with apple confit and octopus with purple potato mash was fantastic. Good price for the quality set menu too, 44 euro.

Genial experiencia gastronómica de show cooking en la que fuera la casa de Paco de Lucía en el casco antiguo de Toledo. Magnífica atención de José y Yoli, que hacen la experiencia en extremo agradable, más allá de las estupendas elaboraciones que pudimos degustar. Genial también la visita al estudio, cueva y azotea de este precioso hotel boutique.

Muy muy recomendable, empezando por los anfitriones te sientes como en familia, Cena excelente (menú degustación exquisito)lugar con mucho encanto y el sentarte al rededor de los fogones acompañados de otras dos parejas que no conocíamos ha sido una experiencia Muy grata y fuera de lo común.
