Bidra med feedbackThe menu offered unique dishes that we had never tried before. My wife enjoyed the Chicha, a drink made from purple corn with hints of lemon, apple, and pineapple. She found it a bit heavy due to the added sugar, but she still liked it. For an appetizer, we tried the Papa Rellena, which was delicious with a crispy exterior and a filling of ground beef, onions, and eggs. It came with salsa and mayo for added flavor. For her main dish, my wife ordered the Tacu Tacu, which featured marinated sirloin stir-fried with red onions, tomatoes, and cilantro in a soy-based sauce. It was served with plantains and topped with a fried egg over white rice. She enjoyed it and had leftovers to take home. I opted for the Tallarin Saltado with Beef, which also had sirloin stir-fried with red onions, tomatoes, and cilantro in a soy and red wine vinegar sauce. It was served over sautéed pasta and I was pleased with my choice, also having leftovers to take home. The service was attentive, with the owner personally taking care of us. The value was great, considering the delicious food and reasonable prices. Our total bill came out to just over $25 per person, including food, drinks, tax, and tip. We are looking forward to returning to this enjoyable restaurant. Kid-friendly: Children are welcome. Parking: Small but adequate parking lot in a nearby plaza.
A small cozy restaurant that offers delicious and different-than-usual food choices. The staff is very friendly and they even had live music when I visited.Reasonable price for the food too.
The food here is incredible! If you enjoy Asian and Hispanic dishes, you will absolutely love this restaurant. I highly recommend everyone to try it out.
I had this place on my list for a long time but the reviews made me think every time. Finally I visited the place. It’s a cool location with cute lamas at the entrance. Very close to UT main campus with enough parking space. The problem with the place is it’s relatively high price compared to the service and portion of food. The taste is good and I know the chef knows what they are doing but it’s nowhere next to a high quality restaurant, service wise.A very below normal service you get with a high expectations on the menu price. The portion is barely enough just to play with!Although the service was so poor, the tips started at 18%!!!!I know it’s a norm to tip but you tip for a service you get. If I want to percent it, it would be somewhere near 5% service!!!The design of the food was good though.I think the owner should seriously think about this issue and I wish them luck!Taste: 7/10Portion: 5/10Service: 3/10Price: 3/10
