Bidra med feedbackMade a purchase through the app. Paid through the app. Got to store to pick up in drive-thru. Was yelled at by manager at pickup window and accused of trying to steal my $4 order because my payment in app didn 't go thru. It would 've been so much more congenial to say something along the lines of, There was an issue with the app payment, and we will need to re-run your card, than responding to my confused, But I paid through the app‽ with, Uh, no. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER. IF I COULD TURN MY SCREEN AROUND AND SHOW YOU YOU HAVEN 'T PAID, I WOULD!!!! I now understand the constant shortage of staff.
Literally the worst McDonalds. I've gone there for years and they always mess something up. After the last visit I will not return; the menu was apparently not update and I got charged more for my items. The manager didn't care and implied we somehow should've known they had changed. No sorry, no offer for refund, just straight up mean and rude.Other visits they've forgotten items, the coke is off, or like all mcdonalds the icecream is down.I just go to the other fast food nearby now.
This place is incapable of even taking an order correctly let alone to give the correct food but they want to make $15 per hour when they are incapable of doing the job at the fullest!
I placed a quick takeout order, and the staff was polite and friendly. Food: 4/5.
This is easily the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I wouldn't return even if you paid me.
