McDonald's - Toledo

The McDonald's on 3005 N. Holland Sylvania has NEVER gotten my order wrong. Very quick and efficient line, always.

The morning manager lost someone's order and made them pay twice. She then proceeded to turn her back on customers without taking their order. They waited patiently for over 5 min and when they asked if she would take their order, she told them she was entirely too busy and they would have to use the kiosk if they wanted food. Her demeanor was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She even yelled that it was too much and she was totally stressed out. I did a mobile order prior to arriving at the restaurant and still stood there for 30 min waiting (which is how I got all of this information).

REVIEW FOR ICED COFFEE ONLY! The service and food were great, but beware when you order iced coffee. I ordered a small vanilla iced coffee, and it tasted like really watered down vanilla creamer. There was no coffee taste whatsoever, and too much ice, so it was undrinkable after only half the ice melted. Just a Heads Up!

One of the best McDonald’s experiences I have ever had. 15+ car drive thru line and I was through in just a few minutes. Hash brown was the perfect crisp and temperature. Sausage egg cheese McMuffin looked like it was actually made with care. Great job!!

Empty place, ordered a smoothy to be served at the table. Waited for 15 minutes, nothing. They only started making it when I came to the counter and complained. No appologies or explanations of course.They seem to be concentrated on the drive-thru customers and majorly ignore whoever gets inside.
