They have all come out of bad people and have the load aroundthey are still low on people unfortunately, but I think that this will soon change with new management.

Great food, BUT!!!!Ordered a steak and cheese melt via the app. This particular branch doesn't have the grilling machine to grill the bread. No worries, just toast it.The problem? The melt is 3x the cheese, and it took me over a half hour to get them to put the cheese on my sub.I had to show the worker repeatedly the huge cost difference, and a text exchange between him and the manager before they did it.All this would be solved by marking in the system that you don't do the melts. Or, just teach your people about the melts, and have them inform customers they can't grill it.

$32 for two sandwiches freaking outrageous food was good but for $32 I could have went to Applebee's and ate like a king

The staff had a negative reputation and negatively impacted the restaurant. However, under new management, I believe it will improve in the near future.

The staff at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly and provides excellent service.
