Taco Bell - Toledo

I like this place because after midnight they are still open when I'm at work. sometimes I can't say if they're open or closed. once I went thru drive thur lights were still on I sat in speaker noone replied when I drove away I saw a girl in there and her wallet on the counter so I dunno when they were ready to go or what

Order through the mobile app and get told there are no freezes available. When I get to the window, they insisted on me getting a drink. Asked for a credit back to my cc and they shrugged their shoulders (basically said I’m at a loss unless I take a drink). Get home to find my chicken chalupa with chicken and beef on it and the Mexican pizza I ordered was thrown in the box upside down. Did they drop it or was somebody being cocky because they were sick of making them all night?!

I placed a pick up order to be picked up through the drive through. I left work for my 30min lunch, went through the drive through at 1215 only to be told they aren't opening until 2pm and that I'll just have to cancel my pick up order and wait 3-5 days to be refunded my money. What? How are they in the building at 1215 but aren't opening until 2 and if that's the case, why are pick up orders allowed to be placed?

I will give Taco Bell 100%, they kind of courtesy and it all at home that would be a team that anybody would love to work with

Horrible location. Horrible Management. Horrible customer service. Waited for 10 min for someone to finally greet me at the counter. I was picking up an Uber eats order that they gave away to someone else. “This usually only happens at night” the employee said. No it usually only happens when you are a complete idiot and hand out free food to someone that’s not the correct pick up person. You cost me money. So screw you Taco Bell on Dorr St you suck!!!
