Bistro Mecha Centro Historico

Here for lunch during the working day. Hardly anyone there, but forever to get our food. Nothing special. Huge place. Definitely better places to try.

Get in service. Good first impression, menu and food acceptable, but expensive. If it had just opened, I would say that there would be a chance for them to make good ancestors, but after time the disorganized service and slowness is not acceptable.

We wanted to go to the original place and ended here mistakenly. The cocktails were creative and delighted. The food was good, we had a few different dishes, including pizza, which was good (not from the usual), the tuna tostadas were OK, onion soup has slept a full break up, and the soup was OK, the chicken plate was a little dry. What I would come back is the Chorizo Trio, which they bring the iron skill next to the table, the a full layer of cheese on the ground, the three types of chorizo, and they prepare themselves with flaming mezcal. This dish was delicious, and the chorizo was great, like the cheese. Service was good, but not great. I would come back everywhere, especially for the Chorizo Trio.

Bistro Mecha has touched all crates: delicious food the salads were wonderful; attentive service and a picturesque environment in a historic Spanish house that has been lovingly restored. Unfortunately we weren't there for the live music evenings. I especially enjoyed the tour given by the hostess to show us all the rooms and to point to restoration details. There are two thumbs in my book....in fact, we went back for a second night visiting Toluca.

A very good place to have lunch or dinner if you're close to the Toluca downtown, it looks elegant, fresh and with certain contemporary touch. You can check it out since you arrive that is fusion cuisine restaurant. The food is delicious and has a really good cost-quality. The restaurant is pretty big, with some different saloons with alternative decoration. The preparation time of the food may vary depending on the case as they are prepared at the moment, but it's a reasonable time yet. It has a great variety of salads, entrees, pasta, and pizzas. A good wine and liquor menu also has very delicious desserts. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. During nites, from Thursday to Saturday there is live music.
