Lost another customer. We were given a gift card from family for Christmas as this “used to be” our favorite local spot, until tonight. My wife and I were in the middle of enjoying our conversation. I went to pay and handed over our gift card to find out they were no longer accepting gift cards that were issued from last year as they now have new management. Waiter did all he could but the manager would not budge. When we asked to speak to the manager he told us sorry for the trouble, you are welcome to call tomorrow to speak to the owner. $100 gift card gone to waste! It’s a shame they are so willing to lose customers over a gift card with no expiration date. Dina’s down the street has outstanding ownership and delicious food. We will be happy to take our business and celebrations elsewhere. Poor customer service and horrible ownership. No wonder the restaurant was empty by 7:30, not a single table occupied. I doubt they will be open for much longer by the look of the attendance.

We had the most enjoyable and delicious meal tonight. Our waiter Christian was excellent! Very attentive and a thoughtful guy. It was my husband's bday and we were a party of 5.
