Molinara's N.y. Pizza Caffe - Tonawanda

I attended a party where Molinaro's was catering the food, but they ended up using the wrong sauce on the pizza. When we called to request a credit for the incorrect order, they were initially accommodating. However, when we tried to redeem the credit later, they refused to honor it, and the owner referred to some vague, unwritten policy about store credit. This is incredibly shady and shows a complete lack of transparency. There are plenty of great places to get pizza and wings around here, so I would recommend avoiding Molinaro's altogether—they simply lack integrity.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Where do I even begin? The burnt pizza had a sauce that tasted bitter and almost spoiled. When I picked up my order, the restaurant smelled like dirty mop water and dumpster juice, so I probably should have lowered my expectations right then. Unsurprisingly, I was very disappointed, and the staff, including the owner, seemed indifferent to the quality of the food. With so many great options in Buffalo, I will definitely never eat here again.

I ordered a sheet pizza with semi-sweet sauce, but it ended up being terrible and just had regular sauce. I called to express my disappointment, and the owner generously offered me a free sheet pizza as a remedy. However, when I called back two months later to redeem the offer, the owner informed me that their policy requires the offer to be used within a month. This information was never communicated to me initially, and he refused to honor his word. Overall, I had a terrible experience with both the food and the management.
