Tim Hortons - Tonawanda

That used to be my location. in the last months the quality of the service has decreased. they won't go in if they're a hurry in the morning. they wait on the way through the line. it's even faster. hustle is not in her vocabulary. this place used to have a great service. beautiful people. they have no sense of urgency during the morning.

Nice staff and helpful. her drive-thru has another enlivened window that has already been one of them, and the line lasted a little longer than it should have been.

That is the second time that this happened to me, I ordered a simple bagel with cream cheese baked and roasted and a small French vanilla. When I opened my bagel, I don't see a cheese again. then I took a swallow of my drink and it is cooked water not French vanilla. so disappointed. I never come to this place!

The food was consistent with every other Tim Hortons that I’ve been to. My issue was with the lady that gave me attitude because of a miscommunication. I ordered a meal with a hash brown and an extra hash brown. My exact words were an “extra hash brown.” She then asked if I wanted one or two hashbrowns I misunderstood that as, did I want one or two extra hashbrowns not counting the one I ordered with the meal. Got up to the window and only got one hash brown in the bag. I inquired about the other at which time the woman who took my order got quite upset with me and gave me an attitude stating that’s why she asked how many hashbrowns I ordered and that I ordered only one and she made sure. To which I said “you know what it was a miscommunication.” I really felt at that point it was no big deal. Miscommunications happen all the time. I then asked if I could order an additional hash brown. She replied with “you’re gonna have to pay for it.” Of course I’m gonna have to pay for it I asked to order an additional one I wasn’t looking for anything for free I didn’t give her attitude and I literally had just said it was a miscommunication. I hadn’t ripped anyone a new one Nor did I even think I was giving and upset vibes because miscommunications happen all the time. As I was waiting for the additional hash brown I heard her complaining in the background (very loud so I could hear her) about how she had asked me and I had only ordered one like I was making a huge deal about the whole thing which I certainly wasn’t. Lady, you ruined my day there was no reason for all that attitude and no reason for you to treat me the way you did. I treated you with respect and a light hearted spirit. It was a friggin hash brown get over it.

Best Tim Hortons sandwich I've ever had and a fantastic iced cap. Heavily recommend the chicken wrap
