My husband and I went to eat here after work, 2 empty tables we open, we were waiting to while the waitress was visiting, she finally came over and asked if we had been help knowing that we hadn 't been helped, she told us to wait and she would be back, she finally came back after about five mins and told us for 2 people that our wait would be 25 to 30 mins. We will never come back to this place, very unprofessional, very disappointed. I think that with this particular business and all the bad reviews you would change your customer service policy and make it a golden rule like most other well respected and reputable businesses. And to be perfectly honest I would rather drive 45 mins to have sushi somewhere and be treated with respect. Service: 1

The restaurant wasn 't full by any means, but still, we sat there with empty glasses for most of the meal. We had to constantly wave someone down to order food, get plates, Wasabi, even extra soy sauce. Still no refills on drinks, even with requests. The edamame was incredible and the best part of the meal!! They had a calamari roll that was delicious, other than that ok . We had a party of 8, 3 of us have served before... for a special family night, we wish it could 've gone better and been tastier. Perhaps will try again. Not great, not the worst...
