Church's Texas Chicken - Topeka

I have the smokehouse huh, so boiled over was not suitable to eat and looked the size of a sparrow. they order a chicken sand . they said the boobs should be old, so they gave their two chicken strips. no bunny. she said they were so small when she put them on a piece of bread, she said it made half a sandwich. also made of kartoffels. will not go back soon. sad

The chicken sandwich is the worst I've ever seen or tasted. It's only half the size of the bun and was burnt. I have a personal issue with this sandwich. The French fries are cold, too.

The food is excellent, but every time I bring a coupon, they refuse to accept it. They act as if they don't understand English, even though they have taken my coupons before and spoken English perfectly when I've ordered inside without a coupon.

We ordered a 12-piece meal that included fried okra, biscuits, coleslaw, and chicken. However, when we asked for honey and butter to go with our biscuits because we like to add extra, we were informed that they no longer give out honey and butter separately; they just put it on the biscuits. I tried to let that slide since the biscuits are good, but then we bit into the chicken and it tasted like cardboard. Honestly, cardboard had more flavor than that chicken. The coleslaw was lacking enough dressing, and the okra tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for a while or was leftover from the night before. I attempted to call and file a complaint, but no one answered the phone. So, not only did we deal with rude customer service, but we also endured bad-tasting food, with no one willing to listen to our concerns. My wife and family have decided that we will no longer visit Church's Chicken. They have a long way to go if they want to win us back. Honestly, I wouldn’t even feed that chicken to my dog—that’s how unappetizing it was. Church's Chicken, if you come across this review, please feel free to reach out to me because I have a lot to say.
