This location doesn’t even deserve a star they let their friends cut in front of customers and it’s highly inappropriate and really wanted to eat there but we they let their friends cut from the back of the line

Never been here before until today, but the staff were very friendly, and the ice cream..the ice cream is AMAZING!! Would definitely recommend this place!! Their signatures all look so good!! I'll totally be back!

We hadn't been to Cold Stone in awhile, and now I remember why. There were THREE people in line ahead of us. All together. It took 23 mins to get their order have them pay. Then one of the girls working took my order. The other two went and hid in the back of the store. Came out and grabbed their smoothie, asked my husband if he knew what he wanted. He said yes, and they went right to the back of the store without helping him. At least they were having a good time giggling and talking to each … – show

I pre- ordered a cake for a birthday and they didn't have my order. They were not very polite or understanding of the fact I was a little upset that the cake I ordered a week ago was not there. I was told just to get a different cake of the same value. I don't really see a point of using a pre- order system if you are not going to follow it.

I came in around 9, and there was 3 amazing girls working with a line basically to the door. I know times have been rough and I was perfectly okay with waiting. I heard that there was supposed to be 5 working today and 2 no showed. And then randomly an older guy came out from the back and it seemed like he was the manager but he did nothing to help the girls. Anyways, those 3 girls need a HUGE raise.
