Al Fassia Ristoranti Marocchino

Arrived here to have lunch, my fiancée and I were greeted by smiles and packages on the shoulders. It is a pity that at least twenty minutes before we see our orders collected, and that these were lost/forgotten. About forty minutes later, we are again asked what we want and, when we answer, all the dishes we chose were finished or not available (we wanted cous-cous and a legume soup, to you draw the conclusions). We adapt somehow and wait. Let's wait. Let's wait. We are told that even the dishes we chose the second time were not available. We're leaving. I don't think it's necessary to add anything else, I just wonder how a situation like this is possible in a restaurant that responds to the restaurant category.
