There are lots of places to eat in Turin, and most of them offer pizza. Il Pensiero sits quietly off of Piazza Reale and puts together a terrific little personal pizza. They are works of art in the display case and melt in your mouth out of the oven. The pizza crust is unique because they are made with different flours such as corn. Mine was served cheerfully by Max, who was glad to educate me about the product in English. Bravo!
