ChocoSol - Toronto

Melt in your mouth, sinful delights!Went to Evergreen Brick Works for lunch - always a good choice especially for fresh produce and to support the locals.My partner had a Mocha (they put coffee in a blender, added chocolate and away you go). What came out was a frothy, well-blended coffee/chocolate delight.I had a chocolate tasting: Darkness (was good), Sinfully Raw Vanilla, Five Chili Bullet (the absolute best - just the right kick), Luscious, Coconut (not much of a coconut fan but this was good), Hemp Gold. We ended up buying the 5 Chili Bullet drinking chocolate - more frothy, well-blended coffee/chocolate delights to come.

I bought a coffee bag and it was one if the best I got after 2 months in Toronto. Also, they have chocolate from Mexico pretty good, with sea salt, 70% chocolate, among others. I will definitelly get more coffee there.

That's the best chocolate I've ever eaten. the texture is perfect – firm and melts. sometimes I prefer milk chocolate as I find dark too bitter, but I do not miss any milk at all when I eat this (noting that all chocolate it milk and nuts...free) I have introduced several friends and family to this chocolate and all were very impressed.

We had the most amazing tour of chocosol’s facilities, as well as a delicious four course tasting! Mathieu is highly knowledgeable, and inspirational. Chocosol is a champion of sustainability, ethical practices, and community building! Highly recommend if you are in Toronto.
