Bidra med feedbackThe cortex tastes like gum that was immersed in the raw garlic paste, the tofu was super salty. eating was good. apparently the owner is changed? why have they changed the menu and recipe, the old koyoi salat and the cortex were fantastic.
Probably a great place for drinks but their food doesn't disappoint either. Many fares are geared towards tapas style, and the service is great. With the amount of space they occupy inside, it's surprising they have that many items in their menu. There's a patio during the warmer days.
Most authentic and real Japanese meal I have ever had in town. I was like back in Japan and the taste reminded me of all the amazing things of Japan. The portion might not be sufficient for locals but the food is definitely in exceptionally good taste, and this place is perfect for having a drink and some light food.
Transports you to Tokyo. An actually legit post overtime work to chat and chill with your friends or colleagues, all for a reasonable price. Also you actually hear your company and have great conversation. The food is great. I had their soju spiked Calpico which was delicious and snacked on a bowl of curry udon which I was craving. What a chill gem. I'll be back very often with friends and solid late nights.
No Sushi No Ramen said the sandwich board streetside. No worries, I opted for the Ankimo and a pint of Sapporo. Anyways, those in the know understand that neither Sushi nor Ramen are Izakaya offerings,. (An Izakaya is closer to a pub than fine dining in the case of Sushi, or fast/street food in the case of most Ramen-ya in Japan) Koyoi is where staff of other Japanese restaurants go for a pint and a snack after a hard shift.... 'Nuff said.
