Every store in Markham and Scarborough can make shuyi Signature Grass Jelly Milk Tea without grass jelly. In Chinese, ”书亦烧仙草去仙草”. It literally an option on your machine! But in this store, she refused to make it.

We ordered from uber eats. None of us really enjoyed our drinks, very meh. Flavour and sweetness just wasnt there, even with the tapiocas. Its bland for me. None of the drinks stood out compared to other bubble tea places, and ive tried a lot. None of us finished our drinks. Its just not for us.

There are countless issues with this restaurant. First of all, I used to work next door at the vape store and Shuyi Tealicous HAS A RODENT PROBLEM THAT THEY HIDE FROM CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE MICE RUNNING AROUND IN THE KITCHEN AND THE MICE EVEN HAD A HOLE FROK THEIR RESTAURANT TO THE VAOE STORE THAT WE HAD TO COVER UP BECAUSE IT WAS CREATING PROBLEMS FOR US. TRUST ME DO NOT EVER EAT HERE. They don’t cover drinks for deliveries. they let the drinks spill and if you ask them to fix
