1. **Incorrect Order and Long Wait**: When I received my order, I noticed it was wrong, and I had to wait in the parking lot for a new drink. The additional 5-7 minute wait was frustrating, especially since we were assured that the new drink would be delivered to us. 2. **Poorly Made Drink**: Even after waiting, the replacement drink was not prepared well. It didn't have the quality or flavor I typically associate with Starbucks, making it a far cry from the enjoyable experience I was anticipating. 3. **Miscommunication and Lack of Follow-Through**: There was a clear disconnect between being told that the replacement drink would be brought to us and later finding it sitting at the counter. This miscommunication, along with the lack of follow-through, added to my overall disappointment. 4. **Wasted Money and Time**: The combination of the wrong order, the long wait, and the unsatisfactory drink resulted in a frustrating waste of both money and time. It was disheartening to leave Starbucks without the delightful treat I had been looking forward to. In summary, my recent visit to the Starbucks drive-thru was far from ideal. The mistakes with the order, the long wait, the poorly made drink, and the communication issues all contributed to a regrettable experience. I had hoped for a quick and enjoyable coffee stop, but instead, it ended up being a complete disappointment. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken into account for future improvements.

One of my favorite spots to study, I often see students diligently working here! The atmosphere pulls me back at least twice a week. A big shoutout to my barista Farah for consistently brightening my day!

We weren't fond of the payment system that prompts you for a tip. I personally feel more inclined to tip when there's a jar on the counter for that purpose, rather than having the card machine suggesting tip amounts.

I've been visiting this place since it opened about 5-6 years ago. Honestly, this location is vast and spacious, and the staff are consistently amazing and friendly; they never miss a beat. It’s one of my favorite Starbucks locations, even though I'm no longer in the area. Thank you!

We visited this Starbucks on a Sunday after a long day of hiking. As is typical for Starbucks, it was quite busy. Unfortunately, the drive-thru was not moving at all, so we parked and decided to go inside. The service was excellent, and the frappes were delightful. The store was clean and bustling with people enjoying their drinks and snacks, working on laptops, or spending quality time with friends and family. The baristas were friendly, cheerful, and engaged with us throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks if you find yourself in the area.
