Bidra med feedbackSecond time here and have been very happy with the service and food. The okonomiyaki will be delivered to you already made on a hot metal plate so it will keep it nice and warm. The seafood one is pretty stuffed with goodies as well as the beef one (their specialty . Others, I couldn't really taste the ingredients, alas they were all delicious. Appetizers as well as other dishes were really good as well. Specially the tsukemen, the sauce was flavourful and spicy. Incontrast to other tsukemen I had, the sauce was cold and noodles were hot (freshly boiled . All ingredients (meat, veggies, etc. were in noodle bowl. I would recommend this place to try out if you are craving some okonomiyaki and want totry out some bomb tsukemen.
Delicious food with many different types of okonomiyaki. I went there with my wife and kids, we ordered two to share and ordered a side of fried chicken cartilage. Everything was made very well and the my kids fell in love with the food. The noodles are slightly crispy and the sauce is perfect. We tried adding the kewpie sauce and soy sauce but it ended up being too salty so we just ate it plain . It is a little pricey but it is a lot of food to eat.
This place was PHENOMENAL. I've always wanted to try okonomiyaki but haven't been able to as I don't eat meat, and this place offers it even vegan. For those that speak only english, this place always has a manager (and usually one or two others) that speaks english so you can still eat here, and I highly recommend that you do. One of the best places I've eaten at. I'm sooo happy I went!
Tried this place for lunch and it was pretty good. The food itself was good quality and fresh. We tried the okonomiyaki and the tsukemen. The severing size for the okonomiyaki was big and would've been enough for the two of us, especially just for lunch. The Tsukemen was light and refreshing with the cold broth. The restaurant is nice and clean. The server working was very inviting and helpful. Overall pretty good and would recommend. On the pricier side though.
The good:I got the karage with green onion and mayonnaise, the Hokkaido cake roll, yuzu honey soda, and the deluxe okonomiyaki with shrimp, octopus and pork. The karage wasn't dry and wasn't hard from having too much batter. It tasted freshly fried. The yuzu soda was refreshing and they gave us a big cup. The cake roll had great tea flavor. You could choose crunchy or soft noodles in the okonomiyaki. You can also add additional toppings for a price. I really enjoyed using the cool mini spatula made specially to cut okonomiyaki. At the bar area, you can watch the chefs make these pancakes. I came on a Friday evening and got seated immediately. They gave us a kids' bowl and fork for our toddler. The bad:The karage was salty. There's no outdoor dining. The bathrooms don't have baby changing tables. The octopus was tough and chewy. It took awhile before our server came to take our order. The interesting:We tried going to the Korean bbq place next door but the 35 minute wait was what led us to discover this spot. I was surprised the cake roll came frozen. I was surprised the okonomiyaki comes with bean sprouts. The interior is small so the space isn't as ideal for large groups or strollers.
