Jack In The Box - Torrance

I have a strong suspicion that the food I received had been sitting around for hours before being reheated. The meat and cheese had an unusual texture, reminiscent of taffy. The app said to notify them when I was on my way so they could prepare my food fresh, which doesn't make much sense. It's clear I won't be ordering from here again.

The giant egg rolls are absolutely delicious! The chocolate shakes are delightful, and the chocolate cake is truly amazing! The breakfast platter is fantastic as well!

The staff here are fantastic. However, they close earlier than their posted hours. It’s unfortunate that the owner doesn't seem to recognize how great they are. He is extremely frugal when it comes to wages and maintenance, and some of the staff aren't allowed to do certain tasks. If he showed even a little appreciation for their hard work, this place would truly be outstanding.

I love Jack's shake. These are the best shakes accoros every fast food chain. The quality of the burgerpatty is always good, but sometimes the quality of the bread is not, otherwise I would have given a 5 star.

This was the worst experience I ordered a chicken club sandwich combo for my youngest daughter she took one bit the chicken was raw I drove back and showed them they said it was no manager there and ask for my receipt after telling them my daughter ate the half raw chicken I got my money back and left on December 24 at 10:00pm I had to go home with no food for my daughter. ???
