Pizza Hut - Torrance

Great new customer service representative named Will.. Note to the cook your quality of food could be a little better! Wait time was longer then expected. Lights aren't working properly in the parking location a little scary for night time customers... If not for CSR Will I would have left a horrible review. I will give the cook a second chance we all have bad days!

Compared to Little Caesar or Papa John's I would recommend Pizza Hut pizza at least from the Pizza Hut where we get our pizza. There are so many variables with fast food restaurants which is what I include Pizza Hut in. If you have a good fast food restaurant you will definitely notice the difference in the quality of the pizza that comes out.

The service I received from this location was what was expected. There was nothing above and beyond that I would expect from a Pizza Hut location or the employees there. My order was accurate and it was a quick transaction when I arrived to pick up my order. I will definitely be ordering online and picking up again. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly, from the ordering to the pickup, and the food was as tasty as always. The person who delivered the food to my car was friendly and helpful, while also keeping us both safe.

I had an outstanding experience at this Pizza Hut. The customer service was exceptional; the employee who greeted me last night was warm and friendly. The pizza itself was fantastic. I was able to redeem my rewards, which I earned quite quickly, and I ended up paying nothing for my entire order—no tax, no service fees, just delicious pizza for free! Overall, I can confidently say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at any Pizza Hut.
