The drive-thru service is consistently friendly and enjoyable.

It took 10 minutes for my food to arrive, and there was only one person ahead of me in line.

As the employee continued to ignore me, she eventually acknowledged me when I thanked her for the lack of attention. I believe she deserves recognition from her employer for the exceptional service she provided. Despite my frustration as a paying customer—especially since I didn't have a car—I hope she receives the Taco Bell Employee of the Month award for her outstanding performance, setting a standard for all Taco Bell staff.
