Bidra med feedbackI wanted to really like this place. What honestly bothers me is the customer service. They wouldn’t do a tasting so we bought 2 bottles based on the description from one of the owners. Didn’t like the taste so we wanted to swap the unopened one for another option- we weren’t allowed to claiming it was against the law. I looked it up, it wasn’t true.
Etta Place Cider was a delight to visit. We did the cider tasting for $10 and enjoyed the different varieties of cider they produce. They have their own orchard and so the end products are excellent. The fellow leading the tasting was very informative and one of the owners came in to answer questions and provide interesting facts about how their business was started and about the area. She also helped us choose a great place to stay in town and provided some good restaurant recommendations. As a bonus, they let us charge our Telsa at a Nima 14-50 outlet they had out front. This really helped as there were no Superchargers nearby. So, in summary, a great experience!
What a wondeful experience in Torrey! We had a great time in the tasting room where we learned so much from Anne about the cider, surrounding area history, and more! And Robert took time to show us all around the state-of-the-art cider manufacturing area. A great way to spend some time in between hikes in Torrey. And the cider is great! I am a fan of the dry ciders, but they have numerous varieties for all tastes. A great place to visit!
The ciders are delicious. The tasting and tour with Ann was great! Well worth stopping in
