Tenuta Saiano - Torriana

Our wine club of 2 couples stayed in this beautiful farm for 2 nights. we had a long journey from oslo and were served at our arrival on the farm enchanting salomones, cheese, warm piadina (local brot) and wein. dinner at the restaurant la sangiovesa. was unforgettable. the restaurant building is full of history and charm and the wine and the fantastic food is produced on the farm. we also loved the fact that there were no tourist there, the restaurant was packed with local Italians, which ensures a lively but cozy atmosphere. the breakfast was perfect, cheese, jams, ham, brot and bisquits, all produced on the farm. the farm was peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we wanted and needed. and the staff (in English speaking) was always available when we needed them or salum, cheese or wein wanted on the last day we had luck having sunshine and we enjoyed the beautiful pinknita wein on the terrace before we went to bologna. we bought this wein from the wein and had him last week at home for birthday. my whole family was impressed by this fresh but dry summer wine we hope to come back soon to tenuta saiano and can not thank them enough to us this experience of landgut / weinberg with peaceful breathtaking environment and absolutely amazing eating and wein!

Quando si arriva in una giornata di sole, si sembra essere in un paradiso, tale è la bellezza del posto esterno e interno. trasmette pace e serenità. Sono rimasto un po' deluso dal menu molto stretto e ho faticato a trovare qualcosa del mio goto, anche se devo dire che le carni sono davvero eccezionali. anche il deludente tiramisu. la famosa stonata è stata determinata dal caffè, servita nei bicchieri di carta, in un posto molto ben curato, con tovaglie in tessuto con stampe romagnolo, ecc. in seguito hanno proposto il liquore di ciliegia, da ingoiare con ghiaccio, ma il cameriere è tornato dicendo che la macchina del ghiaccio si era rotta. un po 'di rivedere il lato organizzativo, forse perché è un momento in cui lavorano meno. sicuramente non all'altezza del Sangiovesa, il loro ristorante che conduce all'arcangelo.

Posto incantevole per soggiornare, mangiare, riposare, contemplare, leggere o lavorare circondato da un paesaggio di colline e castelli. x che ama camminare o andare in bicicletta o x che ama leggere, incontrare persone o lavorare disturbato solo dai suoni della natura. x una cena, un pranzo o una vacanza, accolta dalla professionalità del personale, sempre attenta e disponibile. un luogo che vi permette di scoprire l'affascinante interno della Romagna.

Bella posizione, una vista mozzafiato sulle nostre colline. . servizio eccellente così come tutta la scelta di menu con prodotti della tenuta lavorato in modo creativo ma semplice. 5 stelle. Tornerò sicuramente.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere questo magico luogo, personale veramente fantastico e molto preparato, vini super, prezzi molto onesti ..... e addirittura un alchimista per i cocktail... e che cocktail... 5 stelle non bastano..
