Degusteria Forlino - TORTONA

Came across this restaurant one day in late December everything was closed and quiet, we weren't holding out much hope to find somewhere for lunch. This was a very lucky find, a bit on the expensive side, but well worth it. Loved the wild boar cotolette and parmigiana. The candied ginger with the coffee was a nice touch. Place is modern and well run, the mini chairs for handbags was a lovely touch.

A refreshing pitstop in the middle of nowhere, off the main highways by a hot summer day under a scorching sun... And suddenly everything feels right and takes a particular savour. Fresh and delicate food served on matching plates like in Japan. A graceful hostess. An herb garden by the outdoor terrace. The owner's parents live in Singapore where they run an Italian restaurant chain, but the daughter preferred to come home and it does feel like home seating at her table. A restful and restoring pause in time -why go any further?

Great spot for delicious food. Everything was fresh and well cooked. Clean restaurant located on a small picturesque square. Don’t miss the desserts!

On the return from our weekend to the sea, in order to avoid the usual afternoon queues on the a26 we decide to have lunch towards the road of home. on advice of friends, between different places we choose the degoterio, which turns out to be a great choice. very friendly and kind staff, the chosen courses, well cooked and served. and what about wine: a great timorasso that exalted the chosen dishes. We promised to come back. the account in line with the quality of the products

Spontaneously, they went to this tree, just to have dinner, because all day on the road. And they didn't sell the real kitchen! It's delicious and unusual! Staff are very nice, charming, quickly served. We're very happy about the restaurant.
