Applebee's - Totowa

This is honestly the best Applebees I have ever seen that everyone helps each other. It was nice teamwork and nothing was left behind or forgotten. Kudos to the manager who also helped and our server that was also amazing!

Edgar and his assistant waiter were great!!! And by far the best service I’ve ever had at an Applebee’s. Food came out fast and hot! And for the place being slammed, got my family and I in fast!!

The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely amazing. The chef deserves a lot of praise! However, a different issue arose with the service. We had to wait 20 minutes before being attended to while the staff chatted and celebrated among themselves, which felt quite unprofessional. The food was well-prepared, but not one of the three managers checked on us or asked how our meal was. With as many as seven staff members on duty, the wait should not have been that long. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the drink specials and happy hour menu. Thank you!

One of my favorite places to unwind in the afternoon! The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. The staff behind the bar treat you like a friend, especially after a long day at work. Plus, I can’t forget to mention the amazing ice cream!

I visit this restaurant weekly with my family, and we always request Emily as our server—she is absolutely AMAZING! Her positive energy is contagious, and she truly stands out among restaurant staff. Emily is incredibly attentive and polite, providing excellent service. It's clear she's been serving for years. I love dining here and highly recommend this place; they have an outstanding team!
