Asian Haven - Toukley

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant on 9/12/22, due to the rude service from an older woman with dirty blonde hair. When I asked if she had added more noodles to my dish, she turned to a coworker and mouthed an insult about me. I told her to keep her noodles and just leave. I will never return and will be sure to tell others how awful the service was. This establishment should have higher standards when it comes to hiring staff.

The prices are excellent, and more importantly, the staff has a friendly attitude that makes you feel at home.

WARNING ,,,,,, There’s a female that use to own this place and the way she talks to the staff is nothing short of disgusting and extremely unprofessional. Especially when Tracey the old owner speaks terrible to the staff and to do that in front of customer shows the type of person Tracey is. APPARENTLY ASIAN HAVEN HAS BEEN SOLD, You eat at this place and sometimes it’s acceptable other times my Rottweiler won’t eat this food. It’s up down the food. After seeing cockroaches flys in the window were the food sits. And the inconsistency of the food tasting good then tasting that bad that you sometimes can’t eat the food it’s that bad. Hopefully now that Asian Haven has been sold we won’t have to put up with the previous owner yelling at the staff like she does.
