Excellent I enjoyed the meat cooked for 9h in the oak and beech smoker. Home sauces are best for mustard and honey sauce) There is a Dijon mustard with honey that also sends heavy to test. I ended up with a cream burnt and smoked, I didn't find as much interest as for meat, but it was very good. The service is fast, nice, pleasant. Top for a first visit and experience.
Uncontournable. The proposal is made for the viandaries, it is a certainty. But the quality of the products is simply crazy, the prices are in the high slice, but it passes.
